Hello Rahul, so as you belong to state OBC, and it will only be counted if you have given state test and want to get admission through it any state college. So in your case it should be counted as you are seeking a admission through MHTCET and you also belong to maharasthra. Goodluck.

What do you mean by "state" college? Are you talking about VJTI and SPIT
