Yes, ncert will be helpful for you to score good marks in EAMCET considering the fact that you study the core subjects Mathematics, Physics and chemistry which are same for EAMCET too so it will be helpful but you cannot count marks from for getting 130+ you need to prepare well and perform well in EAMCET exam.

Yes why not. Just make sure that all your concepts are clear enough and you have a detailed understanding of all thee topics. Along with NCERT, of course you also have to prepare for MCQS with some decent mcqs book and NCERT will help you clear your concepts by which you can apply logic into MCQs and this is how yoou can progress well in your TS EAMCET examination.
