Dear Ankit, Stray Vacancy happens at College level and so we will not have a common platform to check these vacancies. For 1 seat, 10 times the candidates list will be sent to the respective Colleges to by the DGHS. And these are filled only on the basis of Merit alone. The list is generated by the DGHS and sent to the Institutions so you may have to check the official website of the Institution in question. You can apply for the vacancies.
