Yes definitely NTA will release online mock test  of jee mains 2019 as the exam is going to be online this year and students will get knowledge of change in pattern or analysis of questions online.

NTA has set up various practice centres(TPC's) for mock tests of JEE Mains.
The TPCs has been setup to facilitate students appearing in entrance examinations for Higher Education to hold practice sessions to enable them to get used to the changed mode and pattern of examination. Only students who register themselves for JEE Main 2019 mock test can avail the facilities and appear for it available at the practice centres. Candidates must note that, the registration for TPCs are done on weekly basis. Candidates will be allotted the TPC's one day before the scheduled mock test. Not only this, NTA has also provided online mock test of JEE Main 2019. To access the JEE Main 2019 mock test, the candidates do not need to log in with any credentials. The mock test has been released for both Paper I and Paper II of JEE Main 2019. Downloading of the mock test questions can also be done by the candidates.
