UPSC exams conducted twice a year and if you have a look at the pattern and syllabus of the exams 75% of syllabus is from your school .Like in this type of exams mostly you need your basics clear which are taught in your school from 8,9, and 10th Std.So regular college may help in getting current affairs for your GK paper but for maths,English,Physic etc you have to make stronger your basics .
