First of all you have not mentioned any examination name or counseling name that which counseling uit are attending.

But, the cutoff for any exam mainly depends on the following factors :-

• Number of seats available in particular institutes.
• Number of candidates appeared for examination.
• Difficulty level of question paper.
• Previous years cutoffs.

So, actually it is difficult to assume the cutoff for the second round of that counseling, but after first round if more number of seats were left vacant then in second round the cutoff might increase.

So, assuming the increment or decrement of cutoff depends on these factors.
