dear aspirant,hope you are doing well. Now coming to your question category seats belonging to NCC or CAP students will be filled according to the rank secured by the students in this category.This will be according to the marks obtained by the students in the examination.

But the sources are saying it will be given in priority wise and rank will never be considered
