CBSE does provide some grace marks to students if they are failing by 2 or 3 marks and it is not mentioned on the student's mark sheet. Although, there is no such policy of minimum or maximum grace marks allocation.

Although, after checking the official site of CBSE(cbse.nic.in), there is no such news of grace marking for any part of the nation.
