I think it's all depends on the committee which are going to conduct neet 2020 but if you were to take my opinion then I think there will not be any change in paper pattern and level, it will be same as previous year. So I would advise prepare nicely then even if the paper pattern changes it would not affect your result.

According to me, this rule will not at all going to increase any kind pf difficulties levels instead,  this will make it easy for students to easily prepare for a single entrance exam to get seats in prestigious medical colleges of India.

And, it will reduce the pressure of preparing for different exams like:- neet,aiims,jipmer separately.

The pattern will became more easy to understand in such a case.

No.of seats may also increases.

No need to go here and there for coachings of different exams;etc.
