To be honest, it's not really known if the New Education Policy (NEP), 2020 will be implemented right from the session 2020-2021 or not, but India is all set to see NEP after 34 long years very soon. New Policy aims for universalization of education from pre-school to secondary level with 100 % Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in school education by 2030.

Gross Enrolment Ratio in higher education to be raised to 50 % by 2035, and  3.5 crore seats to be added in higher education.

The exact dates are not yet known, but it is going to be implemented shortly. Till then, just hang on!
