I spoke with AIBE people today regarding the Results declaration date they themselves are not sure when it will be declared,  they guessed by end of February

The AIBE XIII (13) result 2019 is expected to come out tomorrow. However, it is not confirmed. Therefore, you should keep a track of the result tomorrow as well, just in case it is announced.
