M.Tech as a degree will not decide anything about job and salary. There are many M.Tech graduates unemployed and many M.Tech graduates who earn more. It is clearly dependent on the institute you study and especially the stream you choose

I want to do EEE & and go for m.tech only if i get any nit's or private institutes like vit,srm,

Then it is a good choice only. I would ask you to aim for IITs first. Very few NITs are good in EEE
