We can expect a slight change in syllabus after 3 years, this can be applicable to generally all the examinations. The syllabus changes a bit every year, but this does not mean that the syllabus would completely change, only a slight addition of some topics or reduction of some topics could be possible. So one can expect just a slight change but not a lot for any entrance examinations.
