Yes, there is cut off for RRB ALP first stage. The cutoff will vary post-wise, category-wise, region-wise. Candidates securing the overall and qualifying cut off will be selected for the next stage of selection process.

The qualifying cutoff marks for RRB ALP 2018 First Stage CBT -

• General: 40%
• OBC/SC: 30% and
• ST: 25%

The first stage cutoff of RRB ALP 2018 will be announced on November 22 along with the result. The RRBs will release region-wise cutoff marks as per the discipline. Candidates have to secure more than or equal to the cutoff marks to get shortlisted for second stage CBT exam. For more details on RRB ALP result and cutoff check the links below.

Yes, Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will prepare overall cut off of RRB ALP first stage CBT on the basis of marks secured by candidates. First stage CBT cut off will be used to shortlist candidates for second stage CBT. The qualifying cut off of first stage has already been declared by RRBs along with the notification. The qualifying cut off of RRB ALP first stage CBT are:

General: 40%, OBC/SC: 30%, and ST: 25%

The qualifying marks of all stages of RRB ALP 2018 have been declared by Railway Recruitment Board along with the notification. However, RRB will also determine merit-based cutoff to shortlist candidates for each round separately.
