Yes, Karnataka plans to increase overall medical seats significantly, which could benefit Kashmiri migrant quota as well. Union Health Minister recently stated that 75,000 new undergraduate medical seats will be added across India over the next five years, building on the existing expansion—from 45,000 to 1.2 lakh in the past decade
