Will there be any open counselling in AIIMS in 2019?

hey dear,yes there will be an open counselling.Students who apply for this and students who are eligible but cant able to attend 1,2 counselling due to some reasons who paryicipated in this,seat alloted acc. to all india rank in aiims entrance.Those who get good marks are supposed to apply first.
