Hello Parth!

While feeding ur choices they will just ask u to fill up the option of having any kind of criteria or reservation if u r having.There is no need to submit the certificate at that time but there will be one option for filling up the details of that certificate so u must have one.....whether it may be the previous one or the latest one.

But at the time of admission u must be present with the caste certificate and also with the NCL certificate to get the reservation benefit. At the centre chosen u must have the certificate filling the latest criteria....

Dear aspirant,Yes you should have non creamy layer certificate to be produced at the time of registration for proving your reservation under OBC.And it is to be uploaded in the keam portal www.cee.kerala.gov.in. at the time of registration.This is for claiming necessary concessions and scholarship.Good luck
