The TS Income Certificate Application Number never changes once the Certificate is released. However, the authorities tend to open up their portal where applicants may have the option to make changes to the accompanying submitted subtleties:

• Correspondence (such as Address change)
• Individual (such as Contact Number change)
• Educational

Hence, any sort of updation will be done on the same TS Income Certificate Number only.

Yes the registration no. or certificate no. are changed. When the validity of certificate is over than when you issues new certificate than definitely registration no. And certificate no. Will be different .
