Aditi, irrespective of the State you are from and whose State domicile you hold, NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Colleges across India. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Dental courses across India. So you have to appear for NEET alone. Until last year, we had AIIMS and JIPMER but now they have been scrapped in favour of NEET.
