You have scored a very low score, with such score it is difficult to get seat in Manipal Institute of Technology. Based on previous year cut off your All India Rank must be within 8000 to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE. And to get seat in ECE your rank must be within 20,000. You may not secure a decent rank with such score. It is difficult to get seat, You need to score 450-500 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a desired branch. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of seats available, difficulty of exam, number of candidates appeared etc.
