Congratulations on getting such a good rank! Yes, I think you will be able to get admission in lower ranking IIT's for Mechanical Engineering. Please fill the high ranking colleges first in JOSAA counselling in case you get lucky and then all the low ranking IIT's. I wish you all the very best!
