With this marks you can't have a government aipvt seat.  Because generally the opening marks for aipvt  government seat are 450+ for general,  400+ for obc and 350+ for sc/st category. 

But you should apply for its counselling it will be possible that you will get a seat through management quota. 

You should give a try to it otherwise there are many other bright professions for a medical student you can go for them also.

With 214 marks, it is next to imposible for you to get a veterinary seat through AIPVT 2019. As the cutoff for each and every category is very high as compared to your marks and this year's cutoffs are going to be higher than previous year, so that also adds to the difficulty. 2018 cutoffs for various categories were - 

• UR - 471 marks 
• OBC - 471 marks 
• SC - 366 marks 
• ST - 363 marks 

Seats are limited in veterinary course, that also leads to incresed cutoffs.
