Sorry but with these marks the chances are quite low of getting a govt medical college.  You need to have a better score to secure your seat in govt colleges. You need a score of 550+ if you belong to general category candidate to be on the safe side.

Very low chances to be honest. You should probably try in private colleges and deemed universities as you are most likely to get seats in private colleges and deemed universities only.
