By analysing the previous years trend your percentile will be in between 64-74.And for now it is difficult to predict the rank as it depends on factors like number of candidates appeared number of candidates qualified etc.But with such low mark you may not get decent rank.And JEE main 2020 cut off is not yet announced it will be announced along with the results.But the cut off in 2019 for OBC-NCL was 74.31 and if you have not mentioned whether you belong to OBC-NCL or OBC category.In case if you belong to OBC category you are considered are general category candidate and the cut off for general category was 89.75.But cut off changes every year it may increase or decrease.But with such  low marks it is very difficult to get a good rank and you may not qualify JEE main considering previous years cut off.
