Hi,

In accordance to the marks of 450 , the corresponding rank would be. However with this marks and if you have a ESIC quota there might be some chances for getting a seat in ESIC medical colleges. But for other candidates the cutoff varies upto 550+ . So the chances are quite low. However you may try for this seat if possible as the cutoff varies every year and also statewise.
