Firstly you eligible to attend UP as well as Rajasthan Councelling..
Since cuttoff for both the states was on higher side last year, also this year in Rajasthan some government seats is added Still have very little hope from rajasthan.As we know rajasthan is very common state at each marks there is approximate 100 student....
And UP cuttoff also was on higher side last year..
Low chances from both state, that's too upto the last round..
Wait for result.. Have faith in your hard work

Yes you have chances but rest depends on your state rank.. Attend the councelling till end..

Your score is quiet good but it is not enough for UP because last year's cutoff was near about 540! But don't loose hopes and wait for AIR!

But I have done 10th and 12th from Rajasthan and 500goverment seat are increasing this year in Rajasthan so are there any chance in rajasthan

You need to have domicile certificate of rajashthan to get admission through 85% state quota of rajashthan

they Give addmission on basis if done 10th and 12th here.then you are eligible for 85%.on basics of this

I live here in mumbai and we have criteria that you should be resident of maharasthra for atleast 10 years to get a domicile certificate, I don't have knowledge about Rajasthan but if they do so as you say then chances of getting government Medical college is high for you!
