Congratulations on scoring a decent score in NEET 2020 especially during this tough time.

Based on your score and the  previous year cutoffs you do have a fair chance of getting an admission this year. But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available.

As you have not mentioned any states of your preference and if your are interested in BDS or MBBS it becomes a little difficult to answer this. But still below i have mentioned two colleges that had got a cutoff around the score that you got for MBBS in the 15% AIQ seats in the year 2019. FOr the year 2018 the cutoffs in many colleges were lesser than the score you got. Also for BDS the cutoff is comparatively less :

1.ESIC MC, Gulbarga, Karnataka:588

2.ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata :593

For NEET 2020 cutoff marks for 85% state quota seats and  for 15% All India Quota Seats both for MBBS and BDS colleges in different states please refer to the following link,
