All India cutoffs are usually higher than state cutoffs so you have more options in state quota.  Also afmc 551 is the minimum cutoffs for the shortlist.  After that afmc conducts their own english and verbal exam of 80 marks which is added to the max score of neet ie 720+80  = 800. For you.  It will be your score +80(whatever marks you get)  then this score is divided by 4, ie 800/4 = 200. Then your interview marks out of 50 are added and then final list is taken for admission. Also a physical test is taken of the candidates.
