you have a quite nice result in your intemediate. As you said you want to give JEE Mains in 2020, then you can surely get an admission in IIT or IIIT with your categorical rank
to accomplish your goal there are steps you should do:-
1. Study smartly
2. Practice daily
3. Revision of Theory subjects.
4. Try solving Mock Test paper to know your position
5. Be Sincere in your Preparation and be honest to yourshelf. If you lie to yourshelf that you can do it in coming days then sorry to say you can't do it.

Sorry, you will not be able to get admission in any colleges that accept JEE results. As the eligibility criteria for JEE is that general and OBC categories must have 75% in their boards and SC and ST must have 65%in their boards then only they will be allowed to take admission in these colleges.
