Hi !you can't expect any worst case or worst scenario with this rank. Your rank is awesome actually but the worst for you is that you can't get into IIT Kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Madras which are all the top notch and premier IIT's in India. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
