With 75% in 12th board your are eligible to participate in jee exam. But for 75 percentile in jee main your common list rank will be almost 250000.
Corresponding to this rank you are not in safe range to get a seat for any NITs.

With having the 75% in the board you will be eligible for the Government Institutions like IIT / NIT /IIIT/ CFTI colleges but with having the 75 percentile in the JEE mains will not lead to enter in these institutions because with having this much of score your rank will be around to 2,50k which is less for taking the admission in Government Institutions , so don't bother about that you are still left out with one more attempt i.e in the April session such that in that you will be able to score more number of score via which you will be in the radar of NIT / IIIT / CFTI colleges.
