Hello student. These are the cut offs for various categories. So by these, you have qualified with the percentile of 77. So you can give jee advanced exam.

But in order to get nits, 77 percentile is not enough to get you any NITs.  You have not mentioned any state quota. If any of them exists, then your chances might improve.

I suggest you to apply for the other private colleges. There are pretty many good privae colleges which you can write entrance exams and apply for those or through counselling
