Hello there,
The eligibility criteria states that the candidate should score atleast 70% aggregate in PCM in their 10+2 level. This criteria has been fulfilled by you. Now with your JEE Main percentile, you have fair chances of getting a chance there. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
