CSE is an in demand stream for B.tech as It sector is  on boom
Many good rank holders prefer CSE over other streams so with the score that you have secured it will be difficult to get a good college
And in my opinion good college is what matters the most when it comes to placement
So you can prepare well and give it another shot next time and secure good rank that will be beneficial for you in pursuit of your career
