This is an average academic score & Every IIM prepares a merit list to call students for next round WAT & PI, It is based on your aggregate score which comprises of many factors such as CAT marks, academic cut-offs, past academic performance, relevant work experience, gender diversity etc. also play a major role in the final selection, The weightage is different of different IIMs. So you need to target a little higher percentile in CAT Entrance Exam.

Sorry to say this this a low score and every IIM shorglist the student for WAP and PI based in aggregate marks of CAT marks,academic cut off,etc.so you need little higher percentage in your CAT exam.

For getting a call from top IIT you need to score atleast 99% .
