Hope you are doing well. First of all let me tell you that the COMED-K fees will be almost same for all engineering colleges except some of the government colleges, it may be slightly less. So we cannot say that it's a feasible fees. Coming to the colleges, your rank is a appreciable one. But you cannot expect CSE in top colleges. You may get IT in colleges like National Institute Of Engineering, RNS Institute Of Technology, Dayanand Sagar Academy Of Technology and Management, NMAM Institute Of Technology, Nitte Meenakshi Institute Of Technology and so on.
