Hi ! No you can't get any good colleges with this rank in comed-uget. If your luck is too good then you may have pes University South campus in your hand. Not sure about streams. Niitee Meenakshi is also seems impossible. Still you can have Dayanand Sagar College in your hand with bad stream. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
