With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 3900-4700. If you fall in general category then even with a state domicile you won't be able to get into NLUs Shimla or Jabalpur. But since you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other colleges under IPU like

JIMS Engineering Management Technical campus, school of Law

But in 2018 the cut off in shimla nlu went upto 76 marks so r u sure there is no chance
