If you would have mentioned the rank, things would have been quite easy for us. However, if we predict it, then i can't totally agree with your statement. You might get a seat in NITs like NIT srinagar, NIT manipur, NIT agartala and much more. However the special round is quite unpredictable so its really tough to say anything about it.
