According to the last year cutoff , you must have your rank under 3.3k to get a CSE seat in PESU south campus. But since cutoffs fluctuate every year , so nothing can be predicted about this year cutoffs. But it can be predicted that the cutoffs for CSE will rise this year , it will most probably not drop down. So  directly ,you have  no chances of getting there .
