Hello,
With average academics and 2 years experience, to get a call from new and baby IIMs under OBC quota you need 94+ percentile. However this changes every year depending upon number of applicants.
So, your target should be to secure 96+ percentile to get a sure shot call.
Getting a call from any IIM depends on a lot of factors such as CAT percentile, graduation subject and percentage, class X and XII marks, work experience if any etc.
An engineer would require higher percentile than a candidate in B.Sc degree.
