With this rank it will be difficult for you to get a seat in any of the good NITs or IIITs. However, you can have a chance of getting a seat in the north-eastern NITs and GFTIs but the allotment of seats will depend on the fact that whether you have filled in those colleges or not. If you have not filled those colleges which you might be able to get then you wont get a seat. Hope this helps.
