Yes, you can do Computer Science Engineering after completion of Diploma. You can directly go to B.Tech second year through Lateral Entry. You might require to write Polytechnic entrance exam to get admission in most of the Engineering Colleges but there are some Colleges which takes direct admission based on merit obtained in qualifying exam.
