Rohan as you have not mentioned your caste category, I am assuming it to be open category and thus providing you cutoff for the same category accordingly. The round 5 cutoff for ECE is 22535. The round 5 cutoff For CSE is 21675 . So accordingly for your rank of 23771, you have less to no chances at all to get CS or ECE.
