Sorry to say you won't be able to get COmputer Science in even the second round of counselling.

Even after second round of counselling you'll have a chance of getting biotechnology. But do give it a try. because EEE closses at around 2400 after second round of counselling so there is barely a chnace of CSE at 4862.
