With combinations of subjects like chemistry, nutrition, biology and computer, you can opt for Bachelor's degree in any of these Subjects. There are various Diploma courses in nutrition. Now a days nutritionists are in high demand . You can open nutrition centre or work as nutritionist in hospitals. With chemistry , you can go for BSC  degree in chemistry and then msc. With biology many Paramedical courses are like DMLT, Cardiovascular Science trainer, or associate.

But for BSC in computer science or it field  maths subject is compulsory.

Yes males can do nursing courses. There are many colleges in India offering nursing courses. Eligibility is you should pass xii board with minimum 50% marks aggregate in any science combination.( PCb/ pcm).
