Don't worry too much if your AP EAPCET registration form is blank. The exam is still open to you. Just remember to bring a passport-size photo, your ID, and your hall pass. They might take your signature once more at the testing location.

If at all possible, keep an additional signed copy of the form. However, a single missing sign on the form won't stop you.
