Hey 

The minimum marks required to qualify NEET in the previous year for the General Category was 119 marks. As there are 90 questions from Biology and 45 each from Chemistry and Physics, you might be able to score the minimum qualifying marks but there is a huge possibility that you will not be able to get a score in a range to get admission for MBBS in a decent college. It is advisable ti thoroughly cover as much syllabus as possible from eacg subject.
