You can get admission in an institute under Category-B. 15% seats are reserved under category B and 85% seats are reserved for convener quota seats. If you haven't appeared for TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET or do not have valid rank then you can seek admission under management quota. The admission process under management quota will be handled by the institute itself separately. You need to visit the institute in which you are interested to seek admission to know the admission process, eligibility criteria, seat availability and fee structure as these are different for each institute. The fee structure is high for management quota seat compared to the seat under convener quota and it is different for each institute so it is not possible to specify the fee structure. You can check the details of the fee in the official website of the institute in which you are interested to seek admission.
