As per the latest rules made by the ministry of AYUSH from 2018 onwards it is mandatory to qualify NEET and be eligible for BAMS counselling through NEET marks . No government/private college is allowed to conduct its own examination for BAMS degree .
Every state will conduct its own counselling for the colleges within the state .
Therefore without NEET eligibility you can not join BAMS.
